Until 2018, the majority of his Tasting Notes were on individual sheets and since then, most notes are verbal in the form of audio recordings. Landmark Historical Events
A collection of our most prestigious tastings events performed around the world over the past 35 years.
As a wine lover, Peter has organised numerous historial wine tastings and events to give clients and connoisseurs worldwide the possibility to taste wines that are too expensive to just open up in their kitchen. These events present the summit of french wines over sometimes up to 15 vintages. They have permited tasters to meet like-minded persons and friendships to be created. Sometimes, couples have even met at these tastings and married a couple of years later.
Wine is a cultural product, it can bring a marvelous tasting experience but also be a medium for creating a heartfelt, authentic feeling among the tasters, open up people’s minds and maybe even connect people that would normally not talk to each other !
